New Roof Installations

Our expert estimators can help you determine which roof is best for your home and your budget. As a manufacturer-approved installer, we're familiar with the strengths and weaknesses of each roofing system, so we can help you make the most informed choice. You can choose from our wide selection of residential roofing systems, available in a variety of styles, colors, shapes, and sizes.

Shingle roofs come in a variety of colors to match your home, and we can offer you an extended warranty by the manufacturer of whichever shingle roof you choose.

Tile roofs come in numerous colors, styles, and weights. The look a customer is trying to achieve will determine the type of tile they choose, as well as the price.

Before you decide on a wood shake roof, we need to determine if your city allows this type of roofing system. Some cities don't allow shake roofs due to the fire hazard. The actual wood shake material does not have a Class A fire rating under the UL rating system, but by adding the appropriate underlayment, we can make it into a Class A roofing system.

For customers who want the appearance of wood shake, but the added protection of a Class A roofing system, we can also install a tile roof that looks like wood shake.

Slate quarried for roofing is extremely tough and durable. Slate roofing systems may last up to 100 years, and they come in numerous colors, sizes, and textures. This allows for a variety of different architectural effects. We typically recommend installing copper metal and flashings when installing a slate roof.

The cost of slate roofs is relatively expensive. Some manufacturers offer a simulated slate roof to offset the expense of real slate.

Although Built-Up Roofing Systems (BUR) and Modified Rubber Roofing Systems are often used commercially, these types of roofs can also be used effectively for residential homes.

Built-Up Roofing Systems
BUR roofing systems are the most popular and conventional roofs on the market today. There are several different types of BUR roofing systems available for installation. All BUR systems are "built up" using hot asphalt.

Modified Bitumen Rubber Roofing Systems
Modified Bitumen Rubber Roofing Systems are applied with a hand-held torch. On larger jobs, a "dragon wagon" is used. This is a 3-foot-wide machine pulled by one technician. Modified rubber is similar to single ply as they both consist of one layer of waterproofing. All drains, metal, and flashing get an extra layer of modified rubber. This is what we in the roofing industry call "sandwiching the metal."

The application of a Modified Bitumen Roof is more convenient than the application for BUR systems, since a kettle and hot asphalt are not needed, and the pricing is comparable to that of the higher-end BUR Systems.

Our experienced crews are trained and certified in all of the roofing systems we offer, and we complete a 12-point quality control inspection after every installation.

All of our new roof installations are covered by a full warranty and manufacturer guarantee. We complete projects on time and within budget, and we take care to prevent any damage to lawns, flowers, bushes, or trees on your property.
